For more than 9 decades the Rodríguez family has been dedicated to coffee production, a tradition that in recent years has been strengthened thanks to the union of the children of Don Hugo and Doña Fabiola who decided to face the technical production of the national grain and for This is due to the management of his plot located in the beautiful municipality of Risaralda Caldas, known as La Colina del viento. After the death of their father, the brothers led by Liliana Rodríguez fully assume their responsibilities as a tribute to that loving and exemplary patriarch, from there the "Café Mis Taitas" was born, a project that has been growing little by little, making its way among the cafes of Caldas.

At Finca Villa Fabiola the coffee is processed with more hours of fermentation, dried in the traditional sun and the most special thing is that the beans are carefully chosen by those who have been doing this job for years.
