My 19 years of life are linked to coffee, after finishing my studies I decided to learn about coffee, the reason for living for my parents and me, my knowledge led me to be aware that we must evolve in the way we produce coffee, seeking to redeem environmental damage and improve the profile of our product, this is how my parents allowed me to work on 2 small lots to apply what I learned and demonstrate that planting trees in the crop, and implementing more environmentally friendly activities and also implementing processes in search of the positive complexity of the profile of our coffee is viable to apply on a larger scale, therefore this is the first step of a project in mind that has a greater environmental, social and economic impact.
