I am the son of third-generation coffee growers, originally from San Adolfo Huila. Since childhood I learned the art of processing coffee on the farm. At the age of 22 I was able to work as operational function of a coffee mill. I learned to taste and was able to specialize in the art of sensory analysis of coffee. In 2023 I decided to undertake the ANAYA farm project with the aim of achieving better prices and recognition for my family.
