I started as a collector and by the way I got an opportunity to study at SENA, I began to obtain knowledge in the area of ​​​​coffee growing given the case that they gave me the opportunity to study at the University of Coffee which is Tecnicafe, where I did 3 technical such as: planting-pruning, harvesting and post-harvest, transformation of the raw material of coffee, as well as making differentiated coffees. At the moment I am dedicated to extracting my specialty coffee concentrated in nutrients grown at an altitude of 1996 meters above sea level.
